  1. Sounds yummy, and you reminded me about the sweet potatoes in my pantry. I may just have to bake some of those one night - they are so good with a little sprinkle of cinnamon and a little butter (er, margarine?). :)

  2. I can't imagine being vegan and only having Walmart!! YIKES! I am spoiled by having a Trader Joe's and Whole Foods within 10 minutes.

I like your menu! Very creative! Good luck!

Does your whole family eat vegan? I am the only vegan in my house. I find that a little hard.

  3. I found your blog through I'm an organizing junkie's menu plan Monday. We are not vegan or vegetarian but I am always intersed in adding some meat free dishes to try. Thanks for sharing!

  4. CJ -- My husband has joined me, but our two children have not. Hubby and I both agreed that they were old enough to make up their minds. However, I will admit that my son eats almost any vegetable. Our daughter is the big hold

It is frustrating cooking for two different tastes; isn't it?

Thanks for stopping by. I'd love to hear what you have to say.
